Femi is a left-sided defender who made his first team debut for AFC Wimbledon in October 2007 against Whyteleafe in the Ryman League Cup. Femi earned a trial with Queens Park Rangers where he featured in their Under-18's side during the following season.
He played for Salisbury City reserves in late 2009 before signing for Ashford Town (Middx) in February where he went on to make 14 appearances. Femi impressed during the pre season friendlies last season and signed a three-year contract with the Daggers in July 2010.
He spent the first two months of the 2010/11 season on loan to Histon to gain further experience and made his Daggers debut against Oldham Athletic in November before becoming the regular left back towards the end of the season.
