Luke joined the Daggers during the 2010 close season from Portsmouth on a three-year contract.
He began his career at Bristol City but was signed by Pompey initially on a trial. He was a regular for Guy Whittingham's reserve side last season and made 10 appearances, including the last five matches of the season when he netted in the 2-2 draw with Wolves. To gain further experience Luke spent a period on loan to Northampton Town in 2009/10 as well as Blue Square Eastleigh.
