Billy signed a new two-year contract in November 2009 which will keep him with the club until June 2012.
He originally joined from Crystal Palace towards the end of the 2008/9 season on a short contract but impressed enough to earn a new contract. He made his Daggers Football League debut in the 3-0 victory over Lincoln City in August 2009.
Billy joined Blue Square Premier League side Grays Athletic on a month's loan to gain experience in March 2010. Last season he made his first start for the club and was a regular name on the team sheet.
