Graeme joined in January 2009 from Ryman League Wealdstone on a two and a half year contract.
He joined the Stones in 2007 and had trials at Championship Watford and League One Yeovil Town before opting for the Daggers.
He made his debut in the Coca Cola League Two fixture at Barnet in January 2009 and scored two dramatic injury time winning goals as a substitute in the last two home fixtures of the 2009/10 season.
