Damian joined the Daggers from Southend United in July 2010.
He began his career at Fisher Athletic and Dulwich Hamlet then played for Eastleigh before joining the Roots Hall Club for £5000. Whilst at Roots Hall he made 58 appearances, mainly from the bench with his last game being in the win over Walsall in March 2010 when he broke his fifth metatarsal. Damian also had a spell on loan at Brentford in November 2008.
He is eligible to play international football for Northern Ireland, England, Republic of Ireland and Jamaica.
