Ed signed for Dagenham & Redbridge from Wingate & Finchley in the summer of 2007 after impressing in a number of pre-season friendly matches. Ed spent much of last season on the bench but came on as a substitute in the FA Cup third round in January then starting the next three games, saving a penalty at Morecambe in his first league match.
