Bai Mas was signed by the Daggers in February 2005 from Harlow. He began his career at Barnet making several first team starts then joined Braintree Town before moving across Essex to Harlow Town. Max was a regular substitute for the Club in the Conference, making some valuable contributions during games when coming on. As a non contract player, Max is also registered to play for Thurrock FC in the Blue Square South League where he spent the whole of last season.
