Will joined the Daggers in July 2009 on a two year contract.
The commanding centre back started his career at Crystal Palace as a trainee. He made seven first team appearances for the Eagles and also had a loan spell at Swedish side Ljungskile SK. While with the South London side he made an International appearance for Ghana in May 2003 against Nigeria.
In January 2004 Will joined Conference side Aldershot Town and helped them reach the Play Off final, scoring the winning penalty in the semi final victory over Hereford United. He went on to make over 50 appearances for the Shots and was snapped up by Wycombe Wanderers at the end of his 18 month contract at the recreation ground.
Unfortunately a groin injury kept him out for most of the season but he played in both of the play off semi final games with Cheltenham. He broke his toe against Birmingham City in the Carling Cup at the start of the 2008/9 season and had a spell on loan to Northwich Victoria to regain fitness.
Will made his Daggers debut in the opening day of the 2009/10 season at Crewe but a groin injury caused him to miss the second half of the season.
