I would like to thank all Dagenham & Redbridge supporters for their fantastic support over the past 5 years. The support you have shown is a big part of helping lots of the young players we have had here develop and a helping hand toward the success of the team.

It's right and proper that everyone enjoys the unbelievable feeling that has overcome us all in the past few weeks, culminating in winning the Play Off final at Wembley. I believe we have all created a fantastic club and that we are the envy of many clubs that would think they are bigger than us.

I have been very proud to manage this club and want everyone to know that we have created this fairytale by having a team ethic no individual is bigger than the team and the team consists of everyone and you the supporters are part of our team, and remember, to be part of our team you have to be a true DAGGER because that's what makes us the club we are.
