The Daggers went out of the Essex Senior Cup at home to Colchester United on a cold night in South West Essex.

Despite having the better of the first half the Daggers were unable to break the deadlock and in the second half Colchester were the better side, being denied only by some great saves from Chris Lewington in the Daggers goal.

The referee added three minutes on at the end of the game and with two of them gone, substitute Craig Arnott got between Tommy Tejan-Sie and Chris Lewington to force the ball into the net for the winner.

They will face AFC Hornchurch in the final.
