The Daggers played a strong Millwall side this morning at the Lions training ground in a game of three periods losing 0-1. The Daggers side was similar to that which started at Boreham Wood on Tuesday.

The Daggers held their own against the League One side for most of the game with goalkeeper Tony Roberts saving a penalty against his former club taken by Gary Alexander in the second period after Kiernan Hughes-Mason had been fouled in the box.

A goal from Gary Alexander in the final period was enough to give Kenny Jackett's men a 1-0 win but the game proved a great work out for both sides.

The Millwall starting XI was: David Forde, Andy Frampton, Alan Dunne, Neil Harris, Chris Hackett, Tony Craig, Scott Barron, David Martin, Marc Laird, Nadjim Abdou, Adam Bolder. Their subs included Danny Senda, Gary Alexander, Lewis Grabban, Ashley Grimes, Ali Fuseini
