Daggers sign Ogogo
The Daggers are pleased to announce the signing of right back Abu Ogogo from Arsenal on a two year contract.
Born in Epsom in November 1989, Abu began his career as a trainee at Arsenal. He signed his first professional contract [2 year] for the Gunners in September 2007. Although not making any first team appearances for the North London side he played for both their academy and reserves.
He had a loan spell at Nottingham Forest in October 2008 and then joined Barnet on loan a month later where he made 9 appearances and scored one goal.
Abu joined up and trained with his new team mates today.
He replaces last seasons' right back, Danny Foster, who has agreed to join Brentford on 1st July once his Daggers contract expires.
