Daggers Squad bolstered

Dagenham & Redbridge have bolstered their squad as they challenge for a play-off position by adding two players to their squad.

Colchester United Striker Jamie Guy has joined on a month's loan until April 4th. Jamie is a Dagenham born youngster who has spent much of the season on loan at Oxford United. The hustle and bustle striker featured regularly in Colchester's 2006/07 Championship campaign, scoring three goals as a super sub. To date he has scored five goals in 14 starts for the North Essex side and is expected to make his debut in tonight's game for the Daggers against Lincoln City.

Defender Scott Doe joins the Daggers on a two and a half year contract. Scott joined Weymouth in the 2007 close season from Swindon Town and won the Clubs player of the year award. With all the troubles at the Terra's he was released from contract last month and John Still has beaten off a lot of competition acquire to his signature. Scott will wear the number four shirt.
