A Racism Monitoring Committee exists within Dagenham and Redbridge Football Club and meets monthly to discuss all issues relating to the Club's policy on equality and associated initiatives and campaigns.

The Chairman Dave Andrews heads up the committee, which includes representatives from all sectors of the Club, including, Press Office, marketing, commercial, security and retail.

The committee makes recommendations to the Management Committee and works with a number of organisations interested in combating racism including, Kick it Out, the police and Show Racism the Red Card.

The Daggers look to continue the association with the 'Kick-it-out' campaign and will continue to actively eradicate racism from football. The Club is determined to deal with racism, bigotry and all forms of inappropriate behaviour at its fixtures both at home and away.
