Daggers picked up just their third league win of the season with a 3-1 success away to Stevenage.
The visitors to Broadhall Way made five changes with Mark Cousins
, Clevid Dikamona
, Frankie Raymond
, Ashley Chambers
and Christian Doidge
After a fairly even opening between the teams, Daggers took the lead in the 18th minute through Chambers.
played the ball in from the right and Chambers was on hand to score a rare headed goal.
Daggers soon doubled their advantage through skipper Joss Labadie
who struck less than a minute after the first.
Labadie strode forward with real purpose into the opposing box before dummying one way then going the other and firing past a hapless Chris Day and into the corner.
Stevenage forced their way back into contention in the 32nd minute when Doidge turned a Callum McFadzean corner into his own net.
But less than five minutes later, the Welsh striker was able to atone for his error by scoring in the right net.
Chambers brilliantly chased a hopeful long ball forward before passing across goal to Doidge who tapped in from close range.
After the break, Daggers were tested with worrying frequency, but had Cousins to thank for maintaining their two-goal lead.
Raymond went close with a rare second half effort for the visitors that was well saved by Day.
But after six minutes of stoppage time, Daggers were able to celebrate a hard-earned win that will send the team into 2016 confident.
