Andre Boucard found Hemmings with the subsequent delivery and the midfielder headed the visitors in front.
Three minutes later a great run from Jakubiak set up Doidge to slot home from close range.
And the visitors were three up with with just two minutes remaining when another brilliant run from Jakubiak resulted in a goal for the young striker.
The Exiles did strike back twice in the dying moments through David Tutonda and O’Connor but it proved too little too late as the Daggers took the three points back down the M4.
