Two second half goals earned Daggers a second consecutive win for Wayne Burnett’s team.
Alex Jakubiak struck on his debut for the club, before Jamie Cureton
added another to seal an excellent three points at the JD Stadium.
Boss Burnett included new signings Patrick Agyemang and Jakubiak on the bench, but kept faith with the team that defeated Carlisle United last weekend.
Away custodian Mark Cousins
was forced into action inside the opening 10 minutes, but comfortably saved Danny Rose’s effort from inside the box.
tried to test the Shakers goalie Rob Lainton in the 17th minute but he fired off target.
Rose went close shortly after that effort from Labadie, but the Victoria Road number one was equal to the Bury forward’s shot following Robert Milsom’s pass.
Daniel Nardiello forced Cousins into more action shortly afterwards, but the Daggers keeper blocked well to keep it goalless at the JD Stadium.
Rose did have the ball in the net midway through the first period, but it was ruled out for offside as neither side took real control of proceedings in Greater Manchester.
Nicky Adams produced a dangerous ball just a minute before half time, but it evaded everyone and remained level at the break.
Jakubiak entered the fray at the break for his Daggers debut before the hosts hit the bar.
Nardiello powered a header towards goal, with Cousins out of position, but his effort smashed against the woodwork and Burnett’s team remained level.
Craig Jones then went close with a header effort before the visitors took the lead.
Jakubiak, who had only been on the pitch for 10 minutes, was able to poke home from close range to score his first for the club since moving on loan from Watford on Thursday.
Bury made a double substitution after that with Ryan Lowe and Andrew Tutte coming on, but it was Daggers who nearly doubled their lead.
Chambers had an effort from the left-side of the box but Jones cleared it off the line.
16 minutes from time and the away side did double their lead with Jamie Cureton
finishing excellent to put them 2-0 at the JD Stadium.
Agyemang was introduced for his debut eight minutes from time before Nardiello again went close, but Scott Doe
Nathan Cameron headed against the post in stoppage time, but Daggers held on for another win.
