Daggers left it late as Rhys Murphy
’s stoppage time goal saw Wayne Burnett’s side pick up a point on their travels at Morecambe.
gave the visitors the lead after 20 minutes but the Shrimps went in front after Padraig Amond levelled and then skipper Mark Hughes put them ahead, only for Murphy to strike in the third minute of stoppage time.
Boss Wayne Burnett kept the same starting XI from last weekend’s 2-0 home win over Bristol Rovers.
But Amond went close early on for Jim Bentley’s side as his flicked effort struck the crossbar with Daggers goalkeeper Chris Lewington
However, with 20 minutes on the clock the visitors went in front as Affy Obafemi played a lovely throughball for skipper Ogogo who shot low into the bottom left corner of the goal for his fourth goal of the season.
Morecambe came back strong though and forced several corners as they began to push the Daggers on to the back foot.
Amond should have levelled for the hosts when Ryan Williams’ corner found him unmarked at the front post but he somehow headed over.
And Lewington had to be on form to keep the visitors in front when tipping over a fierce Williams effort just before the break.
But the hosts remained on top at the start of the second period and they duly got the equaliser when Williams’ free-kick from the left was glanced in by Amond who was unmarked in the box.
The curse of the set piece continued again though for the Daggers as the hosts went in front with 13 minutes remaining.
It was another set piece as Williams; corner wasn’t cleared and it fell kindly for Hughes who smashed home from six yards out.
Burnett’s boys battled away and Murphy could have levelled three minutes from time when Hines headed a ball back across goal for the former Arsenal man but Barry Roche did well to keep out his header.
He was not to be denied though as he got on the end of another Hines ball in from the byline to prod home from the near post with virtually the last kick of the game as Daggers made the journey back happy with the point.
